This luminous necklace consists of 34 faceted teardrops of transparent smoky quartz in four strands. Each briolette is separated by two tiny silver beads and a faceted garnet bead. The ends of each strand are rows of the garnet beads crowned with an ornately filigreed triangular finding. Thereafter proceeds a single strand of garnets ending in a lovely silver bar and twisted loop clasp. Smoky quartz is a very grounding type of bead, and has been known to dispel fears, lift one's mood, and to bring a sense of peace and well-being. Garnets, of course, connect to the heart.
